On Sunday 29th April members of all the churches came together to mark the beginning of the United Benefice. There were road works on Port Street and the organ suffered and electrical failure but the service went ahead.
Drinks and cake were enjoyed afterwards, with a special celebration cake cut by Archdeacon Robert Jones to mark the occasion.

Harvest 2017 began on Thursday 28th September, with Bengeworth Academy holding their Harvest service; it continued on Friday 29th September with St. Richard’s C of E First School holding their service. By Sunday 1st October the church was full of flowers and produce.
The day began with an outdoor service and refreshments before welcoming visitors to the fayre. The church looked wonderful with people there to offer a welcome, give out treasure hunt sheets, issue prizes, talk about the church, judge the art competition and serve gallons of tea and coffee. What a wonderful and tiring day!
